As a SOX Auditor, I'd like to find the least complicated solution to identifying when past software customizations (not including PS patches) have been implemented into production. For Example, with some of the larger applications (such as Hyperion), review of the .exe, .dat & .dll file dates identifies when the application was last updated/customized.
